Pico de Gallo Salsa
So, the first time I made Pico de Gallo, let me tell you, I thought I’d nailed it. I vividly remember chopping up vibrant tomatoes, slicing onions like a pro, and looking forward to that scrumptious combo. But then…I tasted it. It was a tad too onion-y for my taste. Surprise!
