Lemon-Coconut Almond Cake
So, here’s the scoop: when I first tried to make this Lemon-Coconut Almond Cake, I was all kinds of excited and maybe just a tad nervous. I mean, would the flavors really work together? Spoiler alert: they absolutely did! The zingy lemon, the creamy coconut, and the earthy almonds danced in perfect harmony.
