Ah, the first time I made this Chicken Salad was quite the adventure! I genuinely thought I had everything figured out—but let me tell ya, surprises were lurking around every corner. To start, I bravely decided to roast my chicken instead of using pre-cooked. As it turned out, my timer malfunctioned!
