Easy Shrimp

The first time I attempted this Garlic Shrimp recipe, you could say I was a little nervous. I’d never cooked shrimp before, but boy, was I up for the challenge! To my surprise, it turned out fabulously. The shrimp cooked perfectly and soaked up all those incredible garlic flavors. What’s not to love? I did make a couple of tweaks, like adding a pinch of red pepper flakes for a touch of heat and some fresh chopped parsley for color.
