Mediterranean shrimp

The first time I made Shrimp Saganaki, let’s just say it was an adventure! I was excited but a little nervous, thinking I was going to mess it up. But as I started with the golden shrimp and let the aromas fill my kitchen, I knew I was on the right track. There were a couple of surprises, too!
