The first time I made this Meximelt, I was feeling pretty confident. I mean, how could you mess up a cheesy goodness wrapped in a tortilla? Well, let me tell you: when I took my first bite, I was hit with a wave of flavor that made me forget about the world. I absolutely nailed it!
