When I first tried making this Picadillo, I was so excited! I might have gone a bit overboard on the spices thinking I’d create an explosion of flavor, and let me tell you, my kitchen smelled amazing! The first batch turned out slightly too spicy, so I cut back on the cayenne pepper the next time. It was genuinely a learning experience.
