Quick Tacos

When I first attempted this recipe, I was a bit nervous. I mean, what if the shrimp turned out chewy? But guess what? I nailed it on the first try! The shrimp were perfectly tender and packed with flavor. There was a surprise explosion of freshness from the lime juice, and I couldn’t get enough of that creamy avocado topping!
