- 1 can of butter beans 15oz, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted coconut oil for a twist
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika for that flavor kick!
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: A sprinkle of nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor
- If you're missing any of these ingredients don’t worry! You can substitute garlic powder with garlic salt (just use a little less salt) and swap out olive oil for any oil you have on hand. Don’t have smoked paprika? Regular paprika will also do the trick!
Preheat the Oven: First things first, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This is where the magic happens!
Prepare the Beans: Grab your butter beans, drain and rinse them well. This helps get rid of the canning liquid and makes them taste fresher. Pat them dry gently with a paper towel. The drier they are, the crispier they will get!
