Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter or almond butter if you’re nut-free
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce tamari works for a gluten-free version
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup honey is a great substitute
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar apple cider vinegar is also good
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil or olive oil if you don’t have it
  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced (or a teaspoon of garlic powder)
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger ground ginger works too!
  • 1-3 tablespoons warm water to thin out the sauce
  • Optional: chili flakes for some heat!

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  • Add in the minced garlic and grated ginger—the smell will be heavenly!
  • Mix everything together until it's nice and smooth. Use a whisk or a fork; it’s like you’re mixing happiness!
  • If it’s too thick for your liking, add warm water a tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency—think of it as saucing to taste!
  • Give it a taste test! If you’re feeling adventurous, sprinkle in those chili flakes for a touch of spice.
  • Your Easy Peanut Sauce is ready! You can serve it immediately or keep it in the fridge for later.
