  • 1/3 cup almond butter peanut butter, sunflower seed butter, or tahini are excellent alternatives
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips try dried fruit or nuts for an even healthier spin

  • Preheat the Oven: First things first, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). This step is crucial for that perfect bake!
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Give it a good stir. This is where all the dry goodness comes together!
  • Blend the Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the honey or maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract until they’re all buddy-buddy and smooth.
  • Combine the Mixtures: Now, pour the wet mix into the dry mix. Stir it all together until it’s just combined. You want the flavors to mingle, but don’t overdo it—gently is the key!
