  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Ouzo or you can skip it and just use more olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano dried works too
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
