  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs swap for almond flour for a gluten-free option
  • 1/4 cup milk almond milk works too!
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion finely chopped (or use shallots for a sweeter taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup you can use a sugar-free version if you prefer

Instructions
 

  • Prep your oven: First things first! Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) so it’s all prepped and ready for our delicious creation.
  • Mix it up: In a large bowl, toss in the ground turkey, grated zucchini, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Now, channel your inner chef and mix it all up with your hands. It’s messy, but that’s where the fun is!
